Dr. Daniel Finkelstein-Shapiro received his B.A. in Physics from Cornell University and his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Northwestern University. He carried out postdoctoral research at Arizona State University, Université Pierre et Marie Curie, and Lund University before joining the Department of Physical Chemistry at the Instituto de Química, UNAM in 2020. He is the recipient of the Cornell Presidential Research Scholars, the "Research in Paris" postdoctoral fellowship, a Wenner-Gren Foundation postdoctoral fellowship and a Marie-Sklodowska-Curie individual postdoctoral fellowship.
